CESARE CAVALLINI

Cesare Cavallini, is Full Professor of Civil Procedure, Bankruptcy Law, and Arbitration Law at Università Bocconi, Milan, where he heads the Department of Legal Studies “Angelo Sraffa.” He co-edits the Annual Survey of Transnational Access to Justice with Arthur R. Miller (NYU School of Law) and directs the Bocconi University Press Legal Studies Series. His scholarship appears across the leading Italian and American law reviews and advances a single method – maximum-difference comparison across common-law and civil-law procedure – which this book turns, for the first time, into a general theory.
